Abstract

THE AIMS OF THE PAPER, MOST IMPORTANT RESULTS

The paper enumerates the most important negative characteristics of the present world order. The co-occurence of the individual characteristics indicates a change of epoch that can result in regression as well as revival. The key problem raised by the paper is the need of revaluation of values that could result in sustainable development confronting collective egoism to be replaced by values based on reciprocity and universalism.
