A generatív mesterséges intelligencia által létrehozott rövid videók rejtett karbonlábnyoma: a fenntarthatósági paradoxon vizsgálata a közösségimédia-marketingben

Absztrakt

A TANULMÁNY CÉLJA
A generatív mesterséges intelligencia (MI) által létrehozott rövid formátumú marketingvideók gyors elterjedése alapvetően átalakítja a digitális tartalomgyártást, ugyanakkor egyre élesebb ellentmondásba kerül a vállalatok Net Zero kötelezettségvállalásaival és az Európai Unió fenntarthatósági jelentéstételi elvárásaival. A tanulmány e fenntarthatósági feszültséget vizsgálja, különös tekintettel a Runway, Pika és Sora típusú videógeneráló rendszerek marketingalkalmazásából származó, jellemzően rejtett karbonkibocsátásra.


ALKALMAZOTT MÓDSZERTAN
A kutatás kétpilléres módszertani megközelítést alkalmaz. Egyrészt strukturált irodalmi áttekintést végez a 2019–2026 között megjelent, az MI-etika, a környezettudomány és a marketing metszéspontján elhelyezkedő szakirodalom alapján, másrészt szcenárióalapú karbonmodellezéssel becsüli a generatív videók előállításának környezeti terheit különböző energiaintenzitási és hálózati karbonintenzitási forgatókönyvek figyelembevételével az alkalmazott MI modell architektúrája és energiaadatai függvényében.


LEGFONTOSABB EREDMÉNYEK
Az eredmények igazolják, hogy a videógenerálás átlagosan mintegy harmincszor nagyobb energiaigényű, mint a képgenerálás, és nagyságrendekkel meghaladja a szöveggenerálás energiafelhasználását. A modellezés szerint egy évi 2500 MI-videót előállító kétfős marketingcsapat éves karbonkibocsátása a modellválasztástól és a hálózati energiamixtől függően nagyságrendekben szóródik: közepes modell és átlagos hálózat mellett ~22,6 kg CO₂, a legkedvezőtlenebb esetben (nagyméretű modell, fosszilis hálózat) a becslési sávval együtt akár ~900 kg CO₂. A kutatás rámutat arra, hogy e kibocsátások jelentős része az árnyék MI- (shadow AI-) gyakorlatok és az MI-specifikus fenntarthatósági mutatók hiánya miatt láthatatlan marad a vállalati ESG- és Scope 3 jelentésekben, elősegítve az algoritmikus zöldremosás jelenségét.

GYAKORLATI JAVASLATOK
A jelentéstételi hiányosság kezelésére a tanulmány bevezeti a Carbon Per Mille- (C-CPM-) mutatót, amely a hagyományos marketingteljesítmény-mutatókat karbonintenzitási dimenzióval egészíti ki. Emellett bemutatja, hogy a könnyűsúlyú modellek alkalmazása, a kvantizálás és a karbontudatos renderelési ütemezés együttesen jelentős kibocsátáscsökkentést tesz lehetővé a kimeneti minőség érdemi romlása nélkül. A kutatás ezzel új elméleti és gyakorlati keretet kínál a generatív MI fenntartható alkalmazásának mérésére és irányítására a digitális marketingben.
