African Youth at the Week of Culture

Abstract

ICWiP – Pécs International Cultural Week is an international youth event that has been taking place since 1997, including a cultural festival and an international conference. 250 young people from around 30 countries came to ICWiP, which was held at the end of July 2010. This year, the event also had African participants, with whom we talked about their experiences, how they see the future of young people in their countries, and what experiences and plans they return home with.
