A digitális gazdaságot uraló online óriásplatformok megkerülhetetlenül megjelennek az átlagember hétköznapjai mellett, a politika, a jog és a kultúra színpadán egyaránt. A „tech sztárok” és monumentális cégeik, felemelkedése és működése körüli hősi mítosz felszíne alatt, a szabadversenyt gáncsoló, offshore hálózatokkal, tömeges felvásárlásokkal és részvénypiaci manipulációval operáló aktorok találhatóak. Jelen tanulmány az ezzel kapcsolatos problémák elemzésére törekszik.
