Abstract

In this brief article, Kamilla Németh reports on the outcome of the 11th Africa Summit, with special emphasis on the attitudes of African states towards President Mugabe's repeated, uninterrupted re-elections marred by electoral fraud. The report also sheds light on the attitudes of Western states towards the Zimbabwean regime.
