Abstract

Joshua Cooper Ramo is the CEO of Kissinger Associates, a strategic consulting firm. The youngest CEO in the firm's history, he was a senior editor and foreign policy editor at Time magazine for many years before his consulting career. As a journalist, he has written numerous editorials and cover stories, including an award-winning portrait of Kofi Annan.
