Abstract

We have been going to Africa for four years. There is something there that makes us want to go back again and again. The following story tells the story of our first visit. Since then, we have been to Ghana a total of eight times. Through our volunteer work there and back home, we built the African Footprint dance group, provided the group with a source of income and self-sustainability. I decided two years ago that I had to go to Ghana. I had heard a lot of good things about the country and felt that I had to discover it for myself. Little did I know that I was actually embarking on an inner journey.
