Abstract

The study analyzes the philosophical interpretation of time, with particular attention to its existential, social and cultural aspects. It shows how individual consciousness and communal experience shape the perception of time and how the problematic of time appears in Western and African thought, pointing out that time is not merely a measurable reality but a subjective experience that is brought to life and filled with meaning by human consciousness.
