There is nothing more exciting than looking into the future and reflecting on how the rapidly changing factors in our world will shape it, and what impact each will have on us, our environment and our society.

This issue of the journal has been prepared with this in mind: on a variety of topics, but all based on an overview of the present, our authors draw conclusions and conclusions that may influence future legislative and enforcement processes.

Among these colourful topics, there are articles on the possibilities for reforming public administration, on rethinking the definition of data protection, which is now so pervasive, on the analysis of the rules on children's rights in the media, and on the digitisation of healthcare.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank, on behalf of the Publisher, our authors for their efforts, the members of the Editorial Board and the reviewers for their acceptance of our invitation and their dedicated work. Special thanks are due to the staff of the South Transdanubian Regional Library and Knowledge Centre, who assist us in so many ways in the publication of our journal.

I wish all readers a good professional "immersion"!
