Globalization is a product of our time; it has many positive and negative features, but it is observed that it divides researchers of the characteristics of the world economy. As a result, huge capital accumulates in a few hands, while millions of people starve. These tendencies are even more observable on the diverse continent. The authors describe the characteristics of aid programs, organizations and support from developed states. How useful are various projects in terms of eliminating hunger and poverty? They examined 11 countries in the light of the phenomenon of globalization, and from this, it can be shown that hunger is an unresolved problem to this day; positive effects have not been experienced in the countries concerned. They draw attention to the fact that if we want to solve the problems, then the described development activities must be rationalized.
