On that sweltering night in Italy in the 1990s, a miracle happened at Milan's San Siro stadium. Cameroon's veteran striker Omam Biyik rose to a seemingly innocent pass in the 67th minute and nodded the ball towards goal. The ball found its way into the net through the hands of the Argentine goalkeeper in a rather strange manner.
