Abstract

In terms of its structure, the harp is a stringed, plucked instrument whose strings extend at an acute angle between the body and the neck. There are three basic types of harps, depending on the shape and structure of the neck and body. In bow harps, the neck is curved, while in angle harps, it is straight. The characteristic of the framed harp type that developed in Europe is that the strings are located in a closed frame.
