Interview with the outgoing South African ambassador. Takalani Esther Netshitenzhe's name sounds familiar to every Hungarian Africanist. In recent years, there has hardly been an event related to Africa that she or a member of the foreign mission she led did not personally attend. She has given lectures at universities and many other educational institutions and has helped the bumpy road of institutionalizing domestic African studies with book donations, information, and, if necessary, a kind word.
