Abstract

Recognising the importance of the topic, this research intends to deal with the possible tourism relations of
beer manufacturing as a form of industrial heritage in general and as a case study in Hungary. It was also an
important reason of writing this paper that this area in Hungary is not yet researched adequately enough,
especially concerning tourism geographical aspects. In order to do so we intend to demonstrate the spatial
relations of beer manufacturing, the importance of the creation of beer culture and the exhibition
possibilities of beer manufacturing as industrial heritage.
