On 27-28 April 2023, on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Elisabeth University's move to Pécs, the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences of the University of Pécs, the University Archives of the University of Pécs and the Academic Committee of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences in Pécs organised a scientific conference entitled Queen Elisabeth and the Hungarians.
