About the Journal
Welcome to the PhD Studies in Administrative and ICT Law website!
Our journal brings together two important areas of public law research. The interconnection and synergies between public administration and ICT have become dominant, even leading, issues in many fields.
The complex social, legal and economic problems and issues related to these topics, and the scientific analysis of these issues in the light of the accelerated pace of change worldwide, provide new opportunities for experts to interpret these issues and to formulate critical comments and proposals.
The aim of this journal is to provide young researchers in the first half of their academic careers with an opportunity to publish their ideas on these issues.
Current Issue
We are closing a hot summer, not only in terms of temperatures, but also from a professional point of view. It is also a summer period for the European Union's regulation on artificial intelligence, and other areas of law have also been undergoing change in recent days.
The present issue of the journal has been prepared in this spirit: the authors take a look at the new situations created by artificial intelligence, the problems of commercial practices in relation to video games and consumer protection in online shops, or the changing role of municipal notaries.
On behalf of the publisher, I would like to thank the authors for their efforts, the members of the Editorial Committee and the editors for their acceptance of the invitation and their hard work. Special thanks go to the staff of the Regional Library and Knowledge Centre of Southern Transdanubia, who assist in so many ways in the publication of our journal.
I wish all readers a good professional "immersion"!
