Abstract

This study deals with one of the visual methods for managing and improving the environmental performance of organizations. It presents the methodology of eco- mapping in detail, as well as the opportunities and conditions for its introduction. The study points out that this method is not only suitable for designing and implementing the environmental activities of an organization but, when properly introduced, it can also play a crucial role in organizational culture, in shaping employees' attitudes as well as in strengthening their motivation.
