Abstract

My study focuses on the legitimacy of Rapid Response Social Work as a special segment of crisis-intervention in Hungary, especially for individuals with special needs. What resources would it take to set up those special teams, and what impact would the transformation into a rapid response organization have on professional identity? I would also like to show the differences between the currently known crisis intervention and the Rapid Response Social Work, with examples from abroad.
