Abstract

The study explores the image of Hungarian lecturers in social work by analyzing the related studies published between 1997 and 2019. Based on the results of computer-aided thematic analysis, the author outlines a possible competence model for lecturers in social work. The hypothetic model based on abductive logic serves as a source for further investigations on the lecturer profile in the area of social work.
