A láthatatlan mentor: A Z generáció rejtett Gen AI-használata a tanulási folyamatokban

A TANULMÁNY CÉLJA
A generatív mesterséges intelligencia (Gen AI) megjelenése érdemi változásokat indított el a felsőoktatásban. Bár a technológia integrációja elkerülhetetlen, a hallgatói felhasználás mértékét és transzparenciáját jelentős bizonytalanság övezi, ami hozzájárulhat az úgynevezett „árnyéktanulás” (shadow learning) jelenségének kialakulásához. Jelen tanulmány célja feltárni a Z generáció AI-használati szokásai és a forrásmegjelölési (citációs) hajlandóság közötti ellentmondást, valamint azonosítani a rejtőzködő magatartás mögött húzódó okokat.
ALKALMAZOTT MÓDSZERTAN
Jelen vizsgálat során kvantitatív és kvalitatív kérdésekből álló online kérdőíves felmérést végeztünk N = 363 fő bevonásával (99,7% Z generációs). Az adatok elemzése leíró statisztikák, khi-négyzet-próba és tematikus tartalomelemzés segítségével történt.
LEGFONTOSABB EREDMÉNYEK
A válaszadók 87,4%-a napi vagy heti rendszerességgel használ AI-eszközöket, elsősorban tanulási és kutatási célokra (227 említés). Ezzel összhangban a forrásmegjelölési gyakorlat jelentős transzparenciahiányt jelez: a hallgatók 41,0%-a ritkán vagy soha nem tünteti fel az eszközhasználatot, további 31,1% pedig kizárólag külső előírás vagy kényszer hatására jelzi azt. A fogalmi bizonytalanság és a titkolózó magatartás között szignifikáns összefüggés mutatkozott (khi-négyzet-próba: p = 0,011). A használat intenzitása ugyanakkor nem mutatott kapcsolatot a transzparenciával; a napi szintű felhasználók az alkalmi felhasználókhoz hasonló arányban mellőzik a feltüntetést.
GYAKORLATI JAVASLATOK
A gyakorlati javaslatok közvetlenül a vizsgálat hipotéziseire épülnek. (H1) Mivel a Gen AI-használat intenzitása nem állt kapcsolatban a transzparenciával, a forrásmegjelölési elvárásokat nem célszerű a „használat gyakoriságához” vagy a „hallgatói rutinhoz” kötni. Ehelyett egységes, minden tantárgyban alkalmazható feltüntetési protokoll (pl. beadandóhoz csatolt rövid AI-használati nyilatkozat) bevezetése indokolt. (H2) A fogalmi bizonytalanság szignifikánsan összefügg a rejtőzködéssel, ezért intézményi szinten szükséges egy egységes iránymutatás kialakítása arról, mi minősül feltüntetendő Gen AI-használatnak (pl. „szöveg generálása”, „átfogalmazás”, „ötletelés”, „fordítás”), rövid példatárral és határesetekkel. (H3) Mivel a hallgatók elsődlegesen folyamattámogatásra (tanulás, magyarázatkérés, kutatás) alkalmazzák az eszközöket, a transzparencia erősíthető olyan értékelési és dokumentációs elemekkel, amelyek a tanulási folyamatot teszik láthatóvá (pl. prompt-/interakciónapló opcionális csatolása, szóbeli védés vagy reflektív rövid kiegészítés), így a Gen AI használata legitim tanulástámogatásként integrálható az akadémiai integritás sérülése nélkül.
