Abstract

China, the Chinese economy, has found itself in such a frequent situation today in the world political and world economic interdependence and search for a way forward that we are amazed at every appearance and tend to make two mistakes that reduce the possibility of understanding: On the one hand, we view China only as the People's Republic of China; that is, we think about it differently than we think about ourselves, because China is a five-thousand-year-old state that has been centralized in all its eras, or at least has strived to be so.
