Abstract

In the broadcasting and organisation of various sports events, it has become essential to mention and follow African athletes, especially in athletics and football. Additionally, the National Basketball Association (NBA) is unavoidable, as it has fostered the flourishing of basketball both in America and internationally, enabling the careers of numerous renowned African athletes in the sport. This article summarises the NBA careers of the biggest African names in basketball, as well as their humanitarian work and roles in Africa following their retirement.
