Tourism is constantly changing, so international trends disappear and appear in harmony with the change of
consumers needs. I have chosen the cave tourism for the topic of my study because, I think that it is unique,
it hides innovative possibilities, and it is an actual topic beside the ever-changing trends in tourism. This
study is niche in the literature of cave tourism, helps to mapping of cave tourism and the attraction analysis
of Szemlő-hegyi Cave may help to develop other tourist caves as well. I used the following dimensions in
the analysis of attraction: orientation, interpretation, the structure of the program (interpretative tool), staff,
amenities and support services. Content analysis and field observation were used as the qualitative research
methods, and I researched on the world’s largest travel site, on the Tripadvisor for the purpose of exploring
the visitor experience.
