Abstract

What is ADHD, and what role do patience and impatience play in it? Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a form of neurodiversity. In recent decades, there has been a significant increase in ADHD diagnoses, due to advancements in diagnostic criteria and greater societal awareness.

It is essential to recognize that individuals living with ADHD face unique challenges and opportunities that affect every aspect of their lives, making appropriate support critically important. Inclusive environments and personalized approaches can help alleviate challenges stemming from unsupportive settings while enabling neurodivergent individuals to develop their strengths and skills. This not only benefits society as a whole but also enhances the mental well-being of the individuals involved.

The aim of this research is to explore the daily obstacles faced by individuals with ADHD and how societal feedback on behaviors shaped by ADHD symptoms impacts them. Additionally, the research highlights positive aspects to provide a comprehensive understanding of the situation of those living with ADHD.
