PhD Studies in Public Administration and ICT Law is an internationally indexed, electronically published peer-reviewed journal that accepts manuscripts primarily in the field of public law. The journal is double-blind peer-reviewed, publishing two to three issues per year with papers and reviews in Hungarian and English. The journal has been published since 2020.

The journal is published by the Tudatosan a Környezetünkért Egyesület (Consciously for our Environment Association).
