50 years of The Hungarian Journal of Marketing & Management in numbers
Abstract
The paper creates a comprehensive report concerning the 50 years operation of the Marketing and Management journal with the help of a database made by PhD students. The period can be divided into two parts: between 1967 and 1994, and between 1995 and 2016. This study analyzes and compares the periods using descriptive statistical tools based on the following criteria: page numbers and searchability, content, features of articles, publishers, territorial/regional and institutional distribution of the origin of articles, number and nature of references.
