Abstract

In our modern and extremely changing world in the focus of corporate decisions on competition and strategic fitness is the recognition that corporate purposes can solely be reached by winning over workers. This recognition is also supported by theoretical aspects of marketing and other disciplines. The model of holistic marketing conception, an integral part of which is inner marketing, can also provide guidelines to develop office working environment. Satisfaction with working environment considerably influences employees’ loyalty to the company and as a result - their performance. Office is the working environment, which holds employees together and which has a significant role during working processes. The relation between the working environment and performance demands a new corporate control conception from managers, owing to which both the corporation and the office environment within change necessarily. In our research we seek answers to how much workers of a corporation are satisfied with their working environment and how changes of particular environmental factors influence workers’ satisfaction, therefore corporate loyalty and performance.
