Abstract

In the contemporary era, data has become an inescapable aspect of our lives. Initially, it was scientific research, where data literacy (DL) attracted attention, but today we can speak about it in education, in the world of business, and data literacy for citizens and citizenship have also emerged. Data literacy manifests in various forms and names, therefore has no single agreed definition. However, as the value of data grows, the characteristics of DL are increasingly being explored, both in its traditional and critical approaches.
