Abstract

In this text, Ferenc Tallár attempts to construct a framework of interpretation in which the starting point of the so-called Western historical development is linked to the birth of an imaginary core — a religious imagination — whose ever-emerging variations continue to shape, even in the age of secularization, the ways in which we relate to the world.
