Abstract

Community and economic benefits of innovation a imedat the entire society and it can be grasped between
members of society, thus, the local social networks of relationship sare particularly important. Therefore, the
existence or non-existence of traditional community relations greatly affects a small town in pursuing
innovation. The common thinking, knowledge sharing, efficient use of resources is promoting the
development of a municipality. This topic is explored in this study, which based on the results of a
quantitative research. We will present the development of two little villages (Kovácsszénája and Husztót) in
Baranya with similar environmental end owments, but different human resources.
