Nowadays, companies around the world operate in diverse, dynamic, complex, competitive, and even unstable environments. The Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis, in Indonesian) manages tourist destinations in every sub-district and district in Indonesia. This study aims to examine how organizational citizenship behavior, work–life balance, and leader–member exchange affect organizational support in Pokdarwis Kulon Progo Regency, Indonesia, using the purposive random sampling method, with the sample being chosen by the Slovin Formula’s 0.05 margin of error. Partial least squares (PLS) analysis and structural equation modeling (SEM) were used in the data analysis. According to the study’s findings, organizational citizenship behavior, work–life balance, and leader–member exchange all significantly and favorably impact organizational support.
