Új szem is committed to open access to scientific work, allowing any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print or link to the full text of the articles and use them for any other legitimate purpose.

The author shall be entitled to all copyrights from the date of creation of the work without limitation.

Új szem applies the following licence conditions to all articles published in the journal, following the principles of Creative Commons, which aims to ensure both copyright protection and the digital public domain of intellectual property:

• All articles are published under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 and are freely available from the date of publication.
• All articles published in the journal may be freely copied, distributed and displayed under the following conditions:
• With the author's name and the original place of publication.
• The work may not be used for commercial purposes.
• The work may not be modified, adapted or derived from any other work.
• In the case of any distribution, the above licence conditions must be indicated.
• The above conditions may be waived only with the written permission of the author and the responsible publisher of the journal.
• Authors are allowed to self-archive and may publish their submitted version, accepted version or published version on a website controlled by them, the research institution that funded or hosted their work, or an independent open repository from which their article can be downloaded without payment.
• No fees are charged to any reader.
• We do not charge any royalties, so submission and publication are free for authors.
