In team sports, the focus is more on performance and collaboration. In contrast, subjective goals and emotional states might dominate in individual sports. Accordingly, in our current in-situ study, we assumed that subjective positive emotions would
rise in individual sports after training. In contrast, this would be observed less in team sports.
