Abstract

Our study aims to highlight the importance of the role of digital technologies in the operation of organizations and workplace well-being systems. Our results, based on a literature review, support the assumption that well-being measures that improve employees' mental and physical health, ensure family-work balance, and enhance adaptability to turbulent environmental changes significantly contribute to increasing and maintaining organizational efficiency and competitiveness. Workplace well-being systems supported by digitalization and artificial intelligence, and cloud-based solutions can further enhance the efficiency of well-being systems and their integration into corporate strategies and processes. Based on the above, the use of digital technologies and digitalized well-being systems can also provide a competitive advantage for social enterprises operating in Hungary, since the aforementioned solutions can play an important role in increasing work efficiency and adaptability, as well as in retaining a valuable workforce for organizations in the long term.
